Missile Technology improves the guidance systems and warhead efficiency of Interplanetary Missiles. Military-focused empires also use it to tune Cruiser strike packages.

• Per level: +5% Interplanetary Missile damage
• Military focus only: +5% Cruiser weapon strength per level

This bonus stacks with the missile damage bonus from Weapon Technology.
